Welcome to Innergenius Hypnosis, the hypnotherapy and NLP coaching practice of Alex Guldbeck, based in Miami Beach, Florida. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Services

Hypnotherapy and NLP coaching offered by Innergenius are complementary, educational, and self-improvement services. They are NOT medical care, psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or psychiatric treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician or mental-health professional. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a medical or psychological condition, consult a qualified professional; do not disregard or delay professional care because of anything you read here or experience in a session.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Hypnosis and coaching outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many factors. We make no promise or guarantee of any specific result. Client stories and case studies on this site are composites drawn from real work, with names and identifying details changed; they illustrate possibilities, not typical or guaranteed outcomes.

3. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

Services are for adults 18 and older. You agree to provide accurate information and to disclose any relevant health conditions during your clarity call. Hypnotherapy may not be appropriate for individuals with certain conditions (for example, active psychosis or schizophrenia); we may decline service or refer you out where another form of care is more appropriate.

4. Booking, Fees, and Payment

Sessions are 90 minutes, offered in person in Miami Beach or online by video. The session fee is $300, billed via Stripe at the time of booking. The initial clarity call is free, and payment is not required until we have spoken and confirmed the work is a good fit.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, using the link in your booking confirmation email or by texting (972) MR-HYPNO. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

6. Confidentiality

What you share in a clarity call or session is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm to you or others.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, case studies, and design — is owned by Innergenius Hypnosis or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or republished without permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Tools

The site uses and links to third-party services (such as scheduling and payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innergenius and Alex Guldbeck are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our services are provided "as is."

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
